• You have 14 days to return an order after receiving it.
• If you change your mind, or the product you received does not meet your expectations, please contact us before returning the item.
• Return shipping costs are your responsibility, unless otherwise agreed between us.

How do I make a return?

• If you wish to return an item, please send us an email to hello@californiefrancaise.com stating your name, address, email address, order number and specifying which items are concerned.
• Ship the items within 14 days of the notification date.
• You are responsible for any damage the item may sustain during return shipping. Therefore, we strongly recommend that you return products properly packaged, in good condition, and in their original box and packaging.
• If possible, please provide us with a tracking number for the return package.
• If an item is shipped from abroad, please ensure it is marked "RETURNED GOODS" to avoid customs fees. We cannot be held responsible for any customs fees applied to the package.
• Unless otherwise agreed, the refund will be issued via the same payment method used for the initial purchase.
• If the product is worn or damaged, we reserve the right to deduct any loss in value when refunding the product.
